Welcome to the Heloise Cake blog!
This is in honor of my grand-mother Heloise, a self-taught baker who raised her big family with love and a few spoonful of sugar! I am also self taught and love to bake. Here, I’ll share my sweet creations. I love to bring happiness to others and my greatest joy is to see my friends’s faces light up in front of my cakes. Just like my grandma, I go beyond limits to surpass all expectations!
